Mez eva ra guz zehaz:
Ha hedna, muy po le,
Vedn gwitha, corf en ehaz

Transliteration

Na wrewgh eva re,
mes evowgh rag'as seghes;
Ha hedna, moy po le,
'vedn gwitha korf en 'eghes.

Translation

Drink not too much,
but drink for your thirst;
And that, more or less,
will keep body in health.
